Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
Chris Stefani, Chief Financial Officer, had 222,800 restricted shares vest as part of his IPO share award and subsequently sold 104,717 shares to cover tax liabilities at a price of £1.055 per Ordinary Share on 21 July 2021.
