It is announced that on 2 June 2010, Jonathan King (a PDMR) exercised a vested option granted under the Executive Share Option Plan. The option was granted on 28 June 2005 and vested three years later. 35,500 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in HomeServe plc were exercised at an option price of £9.61.
On exercise Mr King sold 35,500 ordinary shares (0.05% of the issued shares) at a price of £21.31. He now holds 38,835 shares (0.06% of the issued shares).
