DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that a conditional award over 11,900 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Seamus French, a PDMR, upon his appointment in 2009, vested on 12 April 2012. Mr French's beneficial interest has therefore increased by 11,900 Shares.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
