Director/PDMR Shareholding

Equatorial Palm Oil plc, the AIM listed and Liberia focussed sustainable oil palm plantation developer, announces that on 10 June 2011 Michael Frayne, Executive Chairman, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company at a price of 19.70 per share. The shares were acquired through Adelise Services Limited, a company held by a trust of which Michael Frayne is a beneficiary. Following the purchase of shares, Michael Frayne's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 6,494,085 ordinary shares, representing 5.20 per cent of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
