Bonus Share Plan (“BSP”)
Pursuant to the rules of the BSP, the shareholdings of the undernoted PDMRs in the ordinary shares of £0.25 each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) increased as follows on 24 March 2017:

Long-Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”)
