Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 4 May 2010 that Felicity Martin, wife of Tim Martin (Chairman of JD Wetherspoon) was now interested in a further 5,539 JD Wetherspoon shares resulting from the settlement of Mrs Martin's late mother's estate.

As a result, the total holding of Tim Martin and his connected persons has increased to 32,815,473, representing 23.59% of the current issued share capital of JD Wetherspoon.
