DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company has today received notification that the following non-executive directors have acquired the following interests in its Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("ordinary shares"):

The remuneration of non-executive directors includes fees which are to be used to purchase ordinary shares twice each year. The above numbers of ordinary shares were accordingly purchased on the London Stock Exchange on
24 October 2013, at a price of 195.8 pence per share.
Notification of each of the above transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
