Euromoney Institutional InvestorPLC18 February 2008 February 18, 2008 Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding As disclosed in the Company's preliminary results on November 15, 2007 Euromoneymet the performance criteria set by the Company's 2004 Capital Appreciation Plan(CAP) a year ahead of target. Under the terms of the CAP, options to acquire1,887,706 new Euromoney ordinary shares have been exercised by certaindirectors, PDMRs and other senior management of the Company. Following theexercise of these options, 1,089,531 ordinary shares have been sold in themarket at a price of 395 pence a share. The resultant changes in the shareholdings and holdings of share options of theCompany's Directors and PDMRs from these transactions are given in the tablebelow. The shares sold by the Directors and PDMRs were largely limited toraising sufficient proceeds to meet their individual tax liabilities arisingfrom the exercise of their CAP options.
