Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that on 26 April 2021, Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 8,104 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 572.75 pence per share.
As a result, Mr. Swinney's beneficial interest in the Company is 700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.49 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
