The Company was notified today that on 29 June 2009 Peter Hems, Executive Chairman, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 150p per share.

As a result of this transaction Peter Hems is interested in 15,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital.
