DIRECTOR/ PDMR TRANSACTION
Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that one of its non-executive directors, Charmaine Carmichael, has entered into an agreement to pledge her holding of 361,262 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") by way of security for the draw-down of a loan to finance the purchase of a residential property.
Charmaine Carmichael remains interested in 361,262 Ordinary Shares and will retain control of the Ordinary Shares while they are subject to the pledge.
