The Company announces that it has been notified that Ronald Duncan, a Director of the Company, has today purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of 12 p per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Ronald and Lyn Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company is 20,712,109 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
