Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 24 January 2014 Andrew Darke, Property Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 39.895 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Darke has an interest in 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
