Pursuant to Listing Rule: DR3.1, ISIS Property Trust 2 Limited is obliged to notify the RNS of Director's holdings or interests of the Directors or their connected persons in shares of the Company. The following beneficial holding of 1p par value Ordinary shares was acquired by the Pension Fund Trustee of Mr Quentin Spicer's Retirement Annuity Trust on 24 July2008. Mr Spicer is Chairman of the Company.
27,000 Ordinary shares at 0.735p representing 0.018% of the Company's issued share capital.
He is now the beneficial holder of a total of 81,000 Ordinary shares of 1p representing 0.073% of the Company's issued share capital.
