Filtrona plc announces the transfer of 293,507 shares (the 'Shares') on 10 March 2011 to Mark Harper under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan Part A (the 'Plan'). Under the rules of the Plan the performance conditions for the Shares, which were awarded in June 2005 and September 2006, were met and a tax liability is due on exercise. Mark Harper sold the Shares on 10 March 2011, at a price of £3.061 per share.
