Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMR"):

On Friday, 3 September 2010, Pascal Perrier, a PDMR received 3,718 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at nil cost, following the exercise of options granted under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004.

Following this transaction, Pascal Perrier holds 324,879 Shares and options and awards over 674,960 Shares.

The Company received notification of the above changes in Pascal Perrier's interest in Shares in the Company on Friday, 3 September 2010.
