IG Group Holdings plc07 April 2008 7 April 2008 IG Group Holdings plc Director's Share Dealing IG Group Holdings plc ("IG", or the "Company"), was notified on the 4th April2008 of the following share transfers made on the same day by Andrew MacKay, aDirector of the Company: 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence were sold on the London Stock Exchange ata price of 352.75 pence; 1,456,225 ordinary shares of 0.005 pence were transferred from Andrew MacKay'sfamily trust to his wife at the price of 352.5 pence.
