GameAccount Network was informed on 16 April 2015 that Roger Kendrick, a Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of GBP£0.01 each ("Ordinary Share") at a price of GBP£0.39 per Ordinary Share and purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP£0.405 per Ordinary Share, on 16 April 2015.

Following the above transaction, Roger Kendrick's shareholding in the Company (including Ordinary Shares registered in the name of Britania Limited, a company controlled by Roger Kendrick and in which he is beneficially interested in 80 per cent. of Britania Limited's holding of Ordinary Shares of the Company) is 2,085,250 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.73% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
