Dialight PLC02 May 2008 Dialight plc - Interest in Shares--------------------------------- Dialight Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust on 1 May 2008 acquired 90,000shares at a cost of 1.9076p per share. This takes the total number of sharesheld by the Trust to 256,000.
