In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R the Company announces that Roger Moxham (PDMR) yesterday transferred 20,000 ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each in the Company to his connected persons, Thomas Oliver Moxham and Jack Hartley Moxham, for nil consideration. Roger Moxham continues to have an interest in 36,838 ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each in the Company.
