Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.
The Company announces that it has been notified by Matthew Ashley, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that on 17 December 2021, he and his wife, Charlotte Ashley, purchased in aggregate 43,280 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the transactions below, Mr Ashley owns 21,640 Ordinary Shares and Mr Ashley's wife owns 21,640 Ordinary Shares.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of The European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, gives further details.
