Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that David Southworth, a director of the Company, has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company through his SIPP at a price of 5.00p per share. Following this transaction, David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 2,883,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
