Directors' Holdings
Under the terms of the HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan, which is open to all employees, shares for the 2012/13 SIPS were awarded today. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2012/13 tax year is 2,954 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.
