Great Portland Estates plc (GPE) GPE Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) 24 July 2009
Following achievement of the performance target relating to LTIP and SMP awards made on 17 July 2006, the following Directors received the following number of GPE ordinary shares of 12.5p each:
