Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets was advised on 28th June, that yesterday, Regis Duval, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 5,193 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.95 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Duval is interested in 34,590 Ordinary Shares, 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
