Spectris PLC Director/PDMR Shareholding SAYE Awards Further to completion of its annual year end shareholding reconciliationprocess, Spectris plc (the "Company") established on 5 February 2014 thatcertain awards to PDMRs pursuant to the Spectris Savings Related Share OptionScheme (the "SAYE Scheme") have not been previously disclosed as required byDisclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
