UK Mail Group plc announces that on 23 May 2012, Guy Buswell, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 235p per Share.

Following today's purchase Guy Buswell now holds voting rights attached to 310,693 ordinary Shares representing 0.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.
