Mr Anthony Allen, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at 53p per share. Following thispurchase Mr Allen is interested in 30,000 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting approximately 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital. Mr Andrew Cripps, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 40,000ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at 53p per share. Following thispurchase Mr Cripps is interested in 50,000 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital. Mr Jim Barker, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the Company at 53p per share.
