Huntsworth, the healthcare communications and public relations group, announces that Neil Matheson, Global Chief Executive Officer of the Company's Huntsworth Health division and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has on 10 December 2016 acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company as set out below. This was pursuant to the vesting of a nil cost conditional share award over 50,000 shares granted to him on 10 December 2013 under The Huntsworth Performance Share Plan.
