NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Pursuant to DTR 3.1.2(R), GKN plc (the ‘Company’) has been notified that Kevin Cummings, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (‘PDMR’), has acquired 1,776 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the ‘Shares’) under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The Shares were acquired at a price of £3.584332 per share on 21 May 2015.
