Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Philip Burks, a non-executive director, sold 500,000 shares on Monday 27 July at an average price of 345 pence per share.

This reduces Mr Burks' beneficial holding to 6,870,849 shares representing 5.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
