Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 21st June 2010, the Company received notification that on 21st June Mr Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, sold a total of 70,000 ordinary shares at a price of 349.50 pence per share.

Mr Gardhouse's resultant share holding has reduced by 0.015% of issued share capital as a result of this transaction and is currently 903,879 ordinary shares representing 0.19% of issued share capital.

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR transaction. The transaction took place in Bristol on 21st June 2010.
