Domino's Pizza UK & IRL PLC05 November 2007 5 November 2007 DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL PLC Director Shareholding Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ("Domino's" or the "Company") has been notified on 2November 2007 that Colin Halpern, the Chairman of Domino's, disposed of3,300,000 ordinary shares of 1.5625p each held by HS Real Company LLC at a priceof 210 pence per share. HS Real Company LLC is owned by a discretionary trust, the beneficiaries ofwhich are the adult children of Colin and Gail Halpern. As a result of the abovetransaction, Mr Halpern's interests in the ordinary shares of the Company havereduced from 18,307,328 ordinary shares to 15,007,328 ordinary shares,representing approximately 9.2% of the Company's current issued share capital. As announced on 1 November 2007, Colin Halpern is due to retire from hisposition of Chairman and with effect from the start of the new financial yearwill become Non- Executive Vice Chairman.
