Director/PDMR Shareholding
CloudCall (AIM: CALL), a leading cloud-based software business that integrates communications technology with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, announces that Sophie Tomkins, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 13,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Sophie Tomkins has a total beneficial interest in 52,984 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
