The following conditional share award over BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence each was made under the terms of the Company's 2006 Deferred Bonus Plan to the director listed below, on 17 March 2014:

The conditional share award was made in respect of the compulsorily deferred element of the 2013 annual bonus payment and in certain circumstances is subject to forfeiture if the director leaves within three years of the award.

The following conditional share award over BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence was made on 17 March 2014 to the director listed below. The conditional share award was made under the BBA 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan:
