Tribal, a leading provider of software and services to the international education management market, announces that on 16 October 2023, under the terms of its 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan, the Company granted nil-cost options over 603,508 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("ordinary shares") to its Executive team as noted below. The options represent 0.28% of the Company's issued shares.
The awards have been granted subject to performance conditions based on the Group's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Options will ordinarily vest in three years and be exercised after 16 October 2026.
