DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES
Diploma PLC has been notified that on 20 November 2012, Mr JL Rennocks, Chairman of the Company, sold 23,766 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 454 pence per share and also transferred 3,417 Ordinary Shares into personal savings vehicles. After this sale, Mr JL Rennocks retains 80,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The Company has also been notified that on 20 November 2012, Ms Marie-Louise Clayton, a non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 448 pence per share.
