Energiser Investments plc was notified on 1 March 2017 that on the same day, Dominic White, Director of the Company, transferred 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at the mid-price of 2.625 pence per Ordinary Share to his pension fund.
