The Company announces that it has been informed that on 7 July 2008, Claude Littner purchased 290,000 ordinary shares at 50p and Sean Tracey purchased 285,000 ordinary shares at 50p. Following this Mr. Littner holds a total of 3,846,467 ordinary shares, representing 4.70 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Mr. Tracey holds a total of 2,338,232 ordinary shares, representing 2.86 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
