Management Consulting Group PLC07 March 2006 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company") Directors' Dealings The Company has been informed that on 6 March 2006 the following purchases ofordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were made by directors: Alan Barber, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 42,000 OrdinaryShares at an average price of 58.70 pence per Ordinary Share. Following thispurchase Mr Barber is beneficially interested in 150,000 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 0.079 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company; Mark Currie, an executive director of the Company, purchased 40,000 OrdinaryShares at a price of 57.38 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase MrCurrie is beneficially interested in 110,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.058per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company; and Stephen Ferriss, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 200,000Ordinary Shares at a price of 57.38 pence per Ordinary Share.
