The Company announced on 31 July 2009 that certain Directors of REH had agreed to participate in a Subscription for 205,000 New Ordinary Shares at a placing price of 24p per New Ordinary Share. The following table shows those Directors who participated in the Subscription and their resultant interest in the Company following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares earlier today.
