DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 

On 25 August 2009, the Company received notification that David Tyler, a director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on 25 August 2009 at a price of 525.14p per share. 

 

The notification to the Company was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
