VinaLand Limited (the "Company") announces that Don Lam, Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$0.885 per ordinary share. The purchase was made on Wednesday, 20 January 2010.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Lam is directly interested in 2,407,250 Ordinary Shares and indirectly interested in 412,583 Ordinary Shares (his direct and indirect interests together representing 0.564 percent of the Company's total voting rights). For more information please contact:
