Director Increases Shareholding through Exercise of Options
Stock Spirits Group PLC announces that on 25 February 2021, Miroslaw Stachowicz, Chief Executive Officer, increased his shareholding in the Company by exercising vested options under the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan. Mr Stachowicz exercised options over 34,791 shares and increased his total shareholding in the Company by 21,627 shares to a total holding of 620,659, the remaining shares having been sold to cover tax and NIC liabilities and commission charges associated with the options exercise.
