NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Dr Reuel Khoza, who is Chairman of Nedbank Group Limited and a non-executive director of Old Mutual plc, purchased 1,800 Nedbank Group Limited ordinary shares on 16 August 2011 at a price of ZAR 137.74 per share. The total number of ordinary shares in Nedbank Group Limited in which Dr Khoza (together with his connected persons) is now beneficially interested is 3,174.
