The Company announces that on 22 January 2016, Rooney Anand, Non Executive Director, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a purchase price per Share of 160.36p. His total shareholding following this purchase is 12,500 Shares.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
