Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") today purchased, in accordance with the ESAP's rules and on behalf of all ESAP participants, 6,378 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 205 pence each.

Under the terms of the ESAP, participating members, including employees and certain Directors of the Company, contribute a fixed amount to the Trustee on a monthly basis. The Company acquires a number of shares in the Company at the end of the contribution period (the "Period") (normally 6 months) based upon the contributions made in the preceding period and determined by the lowest share price at either the beginning of the Period or on the purchase day. The share price used for ESAP purposes was the price on 1st April 2011, (the beginning of the Period) which was 185.5p.

In addition, the Company was also notified that included in the above number of Ordinary Shares purchased by the Trustee were 159 Ordinary Shares, as part of the reinvestment of the Company's interim dividend.
