The Company announces that Richard Brooman has transferred a holding of 5,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") via a sale of 5,000 Shares at 383.8008p from a general account and subsequent purchase of 5,000 Company shares at 384.0926p into an ISA account. Following the transaction, Richard's aggregate shareholding remains unchanged.
