Director/PDMR shareholding

GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited has been notified that Stephen Ellis and his wife, acting through their pension schemes, purchased 32,156 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company on 16 July 2015 at an aggregate price of 117.842 pence per share. Stephen Ellis's resultant beneficial holding in the Company (in aggregate with the beneficial holdings of his wife and children) is as shown below:

The above figures have been calculated using the Company's latest total voting rights figure of 575,758,001.

Stephen is a partner of Gravis Capital Partners LLP, which submits investment recommendations to the Company's Investment Committee. Accordingly the Company is treating him as if he was a PDMR and this disclosure is made voluntarily because of his connection with the Investment Adviser.
