Notification of Interests in Shares - Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 6 December 2010, George Walker, Director, exercised an option to purchase 2,611 Aggreko plc Ordinary Shares of 20p ("Shares") each under the terms of the Aggreko US Stock Purchase Plan at an option price of 320p per Share. Mr Walker subsequently sold 2,611 Shares on 7 December 2010 at 1534p per Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Walker's interests in the ordinary share capital of Aggreko plc remain the same at 69,006 Shares, representing 0.02% of the Shares in issue.
